What if you fall in love with the gear you rent?

If you decide that you'd like to own one of the many hard to find products we rent, we will apply 20% of your rental cost (up to $100) towards the regular purchase price. Some exclusions apply; not all products are available for purchase.For most retail items, you can choose to have the order shipped to our climate-controlled storage location to retrieve when you are in the area or to your home.

Each and every legal agreement, policy, or notification must be read in entirety, completed, and--where requested--signed in acceptance by the Adult (18 years and older) Lessee or Purchaser and each member of their Party before using Experience Formations LLC's services and products. No service or product shall be considered rendered without full Lessee/Purchaser acceptance of all terms, conditions, and procedures; if otherwise, any relationship with Experience Formations LLC shall be deemed null and void. Any attempt to avoid, disregard, cancel, or override any and all communications or agreements shall constitute termination of services and products expressed or exchanged. Every and any Lessee and/or their Party member that engages in any expression, transaction, or use of any Lessor/Retailer furnished service or product--including its transportation--shall completely accept all risks associated; all users accept the inherent and unpredictable risks of using, storing, or transporting outdoor equipment within the natural or built environment which under all circumstances include risks of severe personal injury, paralysis, trauma, or death and risks of damage or loss of personal or commercial property due to natural or manmade factors or conditions. The Lessee/Purchaser agrees that if they experience any doubt of their own ability, health sufficiency, and understanding of how to prepare for their outing, choose the best location to use their transacted product(s) or service(s), transport, operate, or maintain equipment in a completely safe manner that they should not use the equipment or our services whatsoever. It is recommended that users are determined by their doctor(s) to be healthy enough to perform highly rigorous recreational and leisure activity and are intermediately-to-expertly skilled before using our equipment. THE LESSEE AND THEIR PARTY HEREBY WAIVE ALL LESSOR LIABILITY AND ACCEPT THE FULL MAGNITUDE OF ALL RISKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES ASSOCIATED WITH THE 'AS-IS' HANDLING, USE, SAFEKEEP, INSPECTION REQUIREMENTS, AND BUSINESS POLICIES REQUIRED TO LEASE, USE, OR AQUIRE ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE MADE AVAILABLE BY EXPERIENCE FORMATIONS LLC--NO EXCEPTIONS.
